Integrations and automation

We connect your software through APIs, so orders, invoices, stock and enquiries move between systems without anyone copying them by hand.

Integrations link the software you already use: data is entered once and reaches every other tool by itself.

Integrations - data flow monitoring dashboard

What we integrate

Accounting and documents

Orders from your website or store automatically become invoices in your accounting software. Nobody has to retype them, so there are fewer errors and the books are done faster.

E-commerce and warehouse

Stock levels, prices and orders stay in sync between the store, the warehouse and suppliers. Buyers always see the real availability.

CRM, forms and email

Enquiries from the website land in your CRM or email platform automatically and trigger reminders and email sequences, so no enquiry gets lost.

Process automation

Repetitive work such as reports, reminders and data transfers runs automatically, following rules we agree with you.

How much does an integration cost?

Integration work starts at €690, with a 1-3 week timeline. The price depends on the number of systems, their API capabilities and the complexity of the data flows. We give you an indicative figure after the first call and confirm it once the scope is clear. You can compare all plans on the pricing page.

How an integration project works

First we map which systems you use, what data they hold and where the manual work piles up. Then we check what their APIs allow and propose the simplest reliable route: sometimes a ready-made connector is enough, sometimes a custom bridge is needed. The result is a concrete plan showing which data moves in which direction, what happens when something fails and how we will check that everything works.

Next come the build and testing. Integrations first run in a sandbox with copies of your data: we check the transferred records and the edge cases, such as duplicates, empty fields and dropped connections. Only when the behaviour is predictable do they go live, usually in stages and with closer monitoring for the first few days. A simple integration can be ready within a week; more complex ones take up to three weeks.

After launch you receive short documentation: what is connected to what, where to read the logs and whom to contact with questions. If you wish, we keep an eye on the connections under our maintenance plan and step in if a system changes after an update.

When integrations pay off fastest

The first sign is time: count the hours your team spends each week copying data between tools. If it is more than three or four, an integration is worth considering: the time saved adds up every week, and there are fewer typing errors to fix. The second sign is lagging information: when stock, orders or payments catch up with reality only the next day, decisions are made blind.

Integrations run in the background, so they do not slow down what visitors see on your website.

Integrations and people: the half you cannot code

The technical bridge is only half the job. The other half is habits: your team has typed data by hand for years and needs to trust the automation. For the first weeks after launch we recommend a double-check mode - the integration does the work, a person only reviews the result. Once the team sees clean records day after day, the old manual process fades out on its own.

We also agree clear ownership: who on your side receives alerts about disruptions and who decides when data looks odd. Integrations work best when they have a clear owner in your company, and at launch we hand that person everything they need to know.

Three questions to ask any integrations supplier

First, will the connection use an official API or a fragile workaround? Workarounds tend to break after updates and cost more over time. Second, who will hold the access keys and documentation? They should stay with you, otherwise you depend on one supplier indefinitely. Third, what happens when something goes wrong: can data be duplicated or lost, and how would you notice? A reliable supplier will answer all three clearly before any contract is signed.

Frequently asked questions

Can you integrate the software we use?

Usually yes: if it has an API or a data export, it can be connected. We check this on the first call and tell you plainly.

Will the integration break our existing data?

Everything is tested in a separate environment first, and we go live in stages with a way to roll back if needed.

Who maintains the integration after launch?

We offer a maintenance plan: we check that data keeps flowing and step in if any of the connected systems changes.

When is a custom system better than integrations?

When there are many tools to connect and the process is unique - it can be cheaper to bring everything into one custom system. We help you run the numbers.

Will integrations survive software updates?

Generally yes, when they are built on official APIs; that is the main reason to use them. Most vendors announce API changes in advance, so for clients on a maintenance plan we test the connection in a sandbox before the change reaches production, update the bridge if needed and note it in the monthly report. Fragile scraping workarounds are the ones that break silently, which is why we avoid them, even when they look faster and cheaper at the start.

Too much manual work in your company? Send us a short list of the tools you use, such as your accounting software, your store platform and wherever your client data lives today. We will suggest a first step: which integration to start with and, after a short call, roughly what it would cost. The proposal is free and carries no obligation.
