What the plan includes
Monthly software updates, tested before they go live; backups before every update and every week, stored separately from the site; uptime and security monitoring; and a short monthly report on what was updated, any incidents and how fast the site runs.
Small content changes, such as a new price or photo, are part of the plan; just send them over. For larger sites and online stores, the scope and price are agreed individually.
